Covalent Triazine Frameworks with Palladium Nanoclusters as Highly Efficient Heterogeneous Catalysts for Styrene Oxidation

چکیده
Catalytic oxidation of styrene has attracted extensive attention in industries and academia. Benzaldehyde, one the derived valuable aromatic aldehyde products, been extensively applied perfume, pharmacy, dye industries. However, it is difficult to achieve a high yield by transforming into benzaldehyde with sustainable supply active catalysts. Furthermore, conventional catalyst species inevitably suffer permanent catalytic failure, which largely limits product yield. Covalent triazine frameworks (CTFs) have emerged as an excellent platform for heterogeneous catalysis due their regular pore channels large specific surface area. Herein, we report use CTF loaded Pd clusters (DCP-CTF@Pd-MC) heteropore structure oxidize benzaldehyde. The obtained DCP-CTF@Pd-MC stability easy recycle shows activity. striking performance, 95%, can be attributed anchoring more exposed sites. strong coordination pyridine nitrogen atoms enables better chemical stability, especially reactions. Moreover, well-provided transport accelerate mass transfer between reactants products.

Palladium(II) Phosphine-Ylide Complexes as Highly Efficient Homogeneous Pre-catalysts for the Ullmann Homocoupling Reaction of Aryl Halides
A highly efficient Ullmann homocoupling reaction of aryl halides using palladium (II) phosphine-ylide complexes as homogenous pre-catalysts under aerobic conditions has been developed without the need for any chemical co‐reducing agents. The procedure is relatively mild and appears to have broad applicability, being useful for the homocoupling of both electron-deficient and electron-rich aryl h...
متن کاملMetal–organic and covalent organic frameworks as single-site catalysts
Heterogeneous single-site catalysts consist of isolated, well-defined, active sites that are spatially separated in a given solid and, ideally, structurally identical. In this review, the potential of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) as platforms for the development of heterogeneous single-site catalysts is reviewed thoroughly. In the first part of this art...

The highly reduced graphene oxide using solvated electrons as reductive agents shows low defects and well dispersion that are vital as the support of Pt nanoparticles in direct methanol electro-oxidation. The electrochemical experiments demonstrate that the Pt/RGO composites not only greatly enhance the catalytic activity but also dramatically improve the durability of the catalyst.
